We replace items in accordance to our Lifetime Limited Warranty. You will need a Return Authorization number in order for your item to be processed. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a Return Authorization number, with "RA# Request" as the subject. Please indicate the specific reason for your requested exchange, along with your name, return shipping address, and proof of purchase. Refer to "Shipping" below for further instructions and information.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you when your replacement item has been shipped.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must 1) be unused and in the same condition that you received it, 2) be in the original packaging, and 3) have been ordered within the last 30 days. If these criterion are met, please contact Mattress Masseuse for a Return Authorization number by emailing email@example.com with "RA# Request" as the subject. Please indicate the specific reason for your requested refund, along with your name and proof of purchase. Once you have received a RA#, you may return your item to Mattress Masseuse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item; therefore, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
